Qualifications:

As a Partner Lead for the Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMA) book of business, you are the primary strategic and commercial owner for Google’s relationships with the world’s most influential influencer marketing entities. You will manage these partnerships across both Global and US APCS (Large Customer Sales) markets, ensuring that global strategies are translated into high-impact local execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in YouTube Business, Sales Specialist and Creative organisation to provide specialised partner support and impactful sales and partner enablement. Your success is measured by the depth to which these partners consider YouTube, integrate Google’s AI tools and APIs into their proprietary workflows, increase their readiness to invest in the creators and lead to increased brand agreements plus creator asset media business to drive social share of wallet for the largest advertisers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Own global relationships and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track technical adoption and ROI.
  • Global Coordination: Act as the central alignment engine between Global Agency teams and regional/local execution teams to implement high-level plans.
  • Scale and Governance: Drive end-to-end strategies for partner onboarding, incentives, and certification programs to foster ecosystem growth.
  • API and Technology Advocacy: Drive Google API adoption to eliminate workflow bottlenecks and synthesise partner feedback for the product roadmap.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify multi-market upselling opportunities and empower partners to pitch Google solutions via scaled training and co-marketing.
