Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience driving a customer centric transformation within a Cloud environment.
- Experience building, shaping, leading and growing a customer centric business and team, responsible for regional performance, influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading enterprise customer experience business, consulting and advising clients.
- Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience selling software solutions to commercial customer base.
