Responsibilities

  • Deploy sales excellence to successfully realise growth from our biggest, most complex opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client leads to develop and scale sales strategies for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and Demand Gen.
  • Be an expert in the Video ads market and understand how to execute CTV, Shorts and Performance campaigns on YouTube and DemandGen.
  • Deploy domain expertise in areas of media planning, creative, measurement, etc.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and sales strategies, such as objection handling, pitching, and compete tactics to upscale accounts and align solutions with customers and Google business needs.
  • Address and resolve strategic challenges that impede growth.
  • Execute a comprehensive training schedule to scale best practices across sales, product expertise, competitive selling, and tools.
  • Collaborate with wide ranging internal stakeholders to block and work on detractors and drive growth, realising business outcomes.
