- Manage and track project build progress, specifically focusing on critical path identification and the real-time monitoring of subsea infrastructure milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Leverage data to identify potential bottlenecks, propose mitigation plans, and lead stakeholder alignment sessions to implement effective de-risking strategies across the project portfolio.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather business requirements and translate technical data into visual narratives and reports for executive management.
- Establish and publish program metrics and success indicators to drive team consensus on performance gaps.
- Assess and implement global standardization across processes, materials, and tooling to streamline communications and ensure consistency in execution across programs.
