Responsibilities
- Scope, shape, and lead complex ambiguous programs, performing technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, set up milestones, and assess infrastructure needs while managing risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive program landing and user adoption by collaborating with partner and engineering teams on rollouts, transitions, and end‑to‑end GTM strategy.
Actively identify and implement approaches to accelerate the overall program delivery.
- Prototype concepts using design and AI tools to gather user feedback. Validate user needs through research to inform strategy.
- Utilize AI/ML solutions to automate processes, streamline cross‑functional workflows, and accelerate program execution at scale, balancing business needs with speed.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align goals and timelines, influencing decision‑making without direct authority to ensure seamless delivery.
