Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- A relevant professional license (e.g., PE, CEng, or NCARB).
- 5 years of experience in technical program or project management, including early-stage budget planning, risk management, and project handoff to construction teams.
- Experience in pre-construction and design-build delivery specifically for data center projects.
- Experience developing baseline project schedules, resource allocation plans, and executive status reporting.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in an Engineering or technical related discipline.
- Experience in schedule control, reporting, developing strategy, and facilitating the work of an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience in successful customer relationship management and communicating change through excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for early-stage delivery, securing seed and shell-ready capital funding through structured stage-gate approvals.
- Direct multidisciplinary external partners including architects, engineering consultants, project controls teams, and general contractors to ensure delivery alignment.
- Partner with Energy and Location Strategy teams on technical reviews and site configurations, establishing baseline guardrails for capacity, cost, and schedule.
- Lead end-to-end campus planning, maintaining integrated master schedules, risk logs, and portfolio performance dashboards.
- Act as the delivery lead for supply planning and scenario modeling while advocating regional continuous improvement initiatives.
