As a Strategy and Operations Manager in the Go-To-Market UKI team, you will deliver focused support against our business and customer priorities, enabling our sales teams to drive growth. You will work in direct partnership with UKI Leadership and as part of a cross-functional team across the business. You will navigate and partner with executive-level stakeholders, maintaining relationships to enable leadership success and leading initiatives forward in a structured manner.
You will operationalize and manage multidisciplinary projects to execute on an existing goal or strategy. You will have proficiency in project management, ensuring a broad set of efforts roll out effectively across the business. You will define requirements with internal business partners, usher projects through the entire project life-cycle, build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and countries, manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
