As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. Responsibilities

Lead the regional content strategy and channel architecture across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels, owning the EMEA communications plan to design cohesive, full-funnel customer journeys.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and GTM teams to adapt global narratives and positioning, leading EMEA campaign activation to make our B2B campaigns talkable, unmissable.
- Drive modern, AI-powered creative workflows across the marketing organisation by advocating an AI-native "maker culture" that uses AI tools to rapidly prototype concepts, test bold ideas in market, and elevate the team's creative ambition.
- Set and influence standardised measurement frameworks across all B2B touchpoints by defining clear input and outcome metrics, driving commercial performance by evaluating full-funnel impact—from Share of Voice and Lead Generation to commercial Pipeline.
