- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) pretraining, post-training, and inference using multilingual data.
- Experience in innovating on any aspect of LLM design and development to enhance multilingual, cross-lingual, or multicultural capabilities.
- Experience collecting human data for model evaluation.
- Experience considering the implications of new developments in the field of LLMs and LLM-powered agents for a global user base, and a desire to build pioneering language technology to inform, delight, and empower all users.
- Ability to design and implement novel evaluations and perform statistical analysis.
