Responsibilities

  • Track Purchase Order (PO) deviations and manage high-priority escalations for Long-Lead Materials (LLM) through the full life-cycle from issuance to integrator assembly and final shipment.
  • Manage the virtual inventory pipeline and inventory-sit tracking to ensure 'Just-In-Time' delivery. Maintain 100% site availability through real-time transit visibility, eliminating the need for local storage.
  • Review upcoming deliveries within a three-week window to preemptively mitigate schedule risks.
  • Lead bi-weekly calls with Formats In Auction (FIA) Owner Negotiated and Contractor Procured (ONCP) vendors. Enforce contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure all progress is validated with evidence like tracking numbers and invoices.
  • Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD). Serve as the primary interface for the Client/Panel Management Company (PMC) team, relaying critical escalations and synthesising site feedback for leadership.
