As a Product Support Manager for the Android Ecosystem Partner Operations team, you will manage strategic operational relationships and oversee onboarding and support operations with top partners across the Android Ecosystem.
You will be part of a global team of partner operations managers, providing support for key Android partners to ensure they deliver a high-quality experience on our platforms.
In this role, you will balance partner services with ecosystem support operations for Android products, such as Google TV, Chrome OS and Android XR.
You will engage with our external partners and internal leaders in Product, Engineering, and Business Development, and share partner and user voice insights to create joint strategies for key launches.
By resolving complex partner issues, driving partner support services, and delivering critical operational insights to internal teams, you will directly influence product strategy and advocate a trusted, premium ecosystem for billions of users worldwide.
