Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts.
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.

- Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing people plans.
- Manage communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
- Translate company-wide OKRs into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
