As the Head of YouTube, you will lead the YouTube business across the UK, powering growth for our customers through the application of our brand, creator and performance solutions across screens and position YouTube as the home of the biggest cultural moments, the most trusted creators and platform to deliver the best results for marketers. In this role, you are more than a product lead; you are a critical senior leader within the UK Partners & Specialist (P&S) organization responsible for shaping our activation strategy during a period of intense transformation brought about by AI and Video innovations. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure that YouTube is a must on every media plan, focusing on the cross-functional collaboration required to devise winning sales motions across the suite of advertising solutions offered across YouTube.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the UKI ambitious growth plan for YouTube through winning sales motions that cover our propositions on CTV, with Creators & in the Performance space.
  • Represent the YouTube business within the organization, driving the overarching sales strategy across the UK while contributing to EMEA and global YouTube forums.
  • Partner across the matrix to influence product prioritization and ensure UK requirements are met.
  • Drive avenues of collaboration where product worlds intersect across YouTube and Search.
  • Engage with senior clients to position YouTube for investment and handle complex objections.
  • Influence cross-site teams, ensuring we meet our commercial and product objectives on Branding/CTV, Creator and Performance for domestic & international opportunities.
  • Cultivate a high-performing leadership bench, build an inclusive 'one team' culture & strategically evolve team skills to effectively scale support.
