About the job:
As a part of gTech Ads, you will be responsible for delivering support and media and technical services for customers big and small across the entire Ad products stack, helping customers get the most out of Ad and Publisher products and guiding them when they need help. You will provide a range of services from enabling better self-help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs and providing technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our customers, ranging from bespoke and customized ones for top customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. As a part of the gTech GTM organization, you will ensure gTech’s ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly, contributing to setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy, bringing an analytical and strategic mindset with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the global gTech Ads leaders to land the present and shape the future of Google Services.
- Enable business to land existing and new services/service constructs, drive new services and support constructs in partnership with GTM.
- Identify, own, and drive gTech-specific analyses and deep-dive projects across Global Business Organization (GBO) while partnering across teams to execute on recommendations.
- Plan and execute various efficiency-driving initiatives for multiple executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leaders to provide operational business reviews, lead business planning and coach and mentor a team who deliver on these core priorities: narrative building, core strategy development, data-driven analysis and stakeholder management.
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
