Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.). Client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables). Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story. Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Analytical Consultant in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you drive data-driven decision-making for our customers and for our teams. You achieve this by assessing customer needs, leading comprehensive analysis, and activating insights through compelling pitches. You operate as customer-centric sales analysts, dedicating significant time to direct engagement with our customer stakeholders and align with our internal stakeholders.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted partnerships with Analytics client teams and cooperate closely on measurement (including incrementality and Media Mix Modeling), attribution and privacy projects.
  • Influence and drive thoughtful, well-informed and Return on Investment (ROI) driven decision making with business leaders within the organization.
  • Analyze trends and data that are both internal and external to Google, and extract valuable industry insights.
  • Automate insights delivered to customers by building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Contribute to and drive cross-functional projects that directly impact the business across multiple workstreams.
