Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., internal teams) and external partners (e.g., agencies, clients).
  • Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies, and brand measurement.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies across various departments (including comms planning, strategy, AV, and digital teams).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 4 years of experience working in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry or product area.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in communications strategy and planning, media sales, or brand management.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
