Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and 4 years of experience working in Ads Measurement.

Preferred qualifications are experience or understanding of Google’s media effectiveness offering, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence teams to come together to deliver impact. Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and countries is also preferred, along with knowledge of Incrementality testing methodologies. A proven ability to manage projects within a large organization and the ability to think strategically in analysing the needs of clients and teams, with a proven track record in managing ambiguity that comes with projects, is essential. The ability to take insights-to-recommendations and action, with excellent investigative skills and an insights-driven approach, is also required.

About The Job: The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the strategic EMEA voice for Incrementality, partnering with Global Product Leads (GPS) and Product Managers (PM) to ensure the 2026 and 2027 roadmap reflects and enables EMEA business priorities.
  • Acting as the primary business partner to EMEA specialist sales, leveraging new solutions and initiatives to enable a change of mindset for sellers, from proving the value of Google Media to scaling revenue.
  • Leading the commercialization of product launches, ensuring flawlessly executed training and communication on features enhancements.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance compete resources to position Google’s media value and influence industry narrative.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to help drive scalability by providing different tiers of support in the execution of tests.
