As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption of Fitbit’s subscription product. You will discover, learn about, and try new features. You will discover, learn about, and activate a Fitbit subscription and stay engaged with their Fitbit subscription journey. You are user-obsessed, in touch with their desires and their behaviours. You will bring insight and opinion, and you deeply value learning with and from your users. You will understand growth funnels and key leverage points and can apply that understanding to product definition and design.
The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behaviour science, and user-centred design to help users organise the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals. We do this with a suite of apps, services, and health wearables. We aim to make consumer health more personal, proactive, and actionable.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategic goal for subscription growth.
- Define, iterate, and own a roadmap of growth and engagement features and capabilities in areas like app onboarding, feature discovery, business generation, experimentation, and analytics.
- Identify, validate, and prioritise new opportunities to reach more users and retain existing subscribers including new business models and channels.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Research, Marketing, and Data Science teams to deliver your roadmap on time and with quality.
- Build and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Support the team's growth and development through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
