b Overview /b p As the strategic communications partner to the EMEA Cloud President and senior leadership, you craft high-impact internal and external messaging, briefings, and presentations. You will plan and run holistic campaigns that align OKRs, engage employees, and shape culture across Google Cloud. You’ll prepare leaders for meetings, town halls, and industry speaking slots, while navigating confidential programs and crises with discretion. A fast-paced, creative role that balances strategic thinking with structured execution to advance Google Cloud’s goals. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as strategic comms counselor to the EMEA Cloud President and senior leaders /li li Author internal emails, talking points, briefings, and leadership presentations /li li Plan and deploy cross-functional communications campaigns aligned with OKRs /li li Prepare executives for leadership touchpoints (meetings, town halls, all-hands, industry slots) /li li Support crisis communications, culture initiatives, and change management /li li Partner with Public Relations, Marketing, Government Affairs, Legal, HR, and Operations to align internal and external messaging /li li Manage rhythm, channels, and frequency of leadership communications /li li Develop creative, non-standard solutions to engage employees and communicate strategy /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience /li li 10 years in corporate or internal communications /li li 5 years in executive communications with C-suite exposure /li li Experience leading cross-functional communications projects across multi-disciplinary teams /li /ul ul li strategic thinking /li li autonomy and adaptability /li li exceptional written and verbal communication /li li written communications (emails, blog posts, FAQ) /li li presentations (slides, video) /li li crisis communications /li /ul
