Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
  • Experience selling to and managing relationships with Telco customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across multiple industries, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
  • Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
  • Experience working with customer engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
  • Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise organizations, growing existing customer base, and acquiring new logos at scale, to increase spend and accelerate consumption business.

You will be invested in understanding the customer’s industry, environment, technical issues, financial models, and business goals. You will collaborate with the account team to leverage all of Google's resources to support customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers, conducting regular business reviews and aligning with peer executives to support account strategies.
  • Become an expert on the customer’s business, including their SaaS products, technology strategy, growth plans, and industry landscape.
  • Lead account strategies to develop new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to maximize impact.
  • Position Google Cloud services, support cloud migrations, and develop new customer products on Google Cloud.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and lead customers through the entire sales cycle.
