Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in project management or working within management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with complex spreadsheets/analysis and creating presentations in a compelling and visual way for C-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional capacity to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives, within a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to grow and exercise judgment in a fast-moving environment and ambiguity.
  • Ability to automate processes using AI, scripting, or coding.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing and executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas concisely both in verbal and written presentations.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

About the job:

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive progress and ensure delivery of EMEA-wide strategic, organizational and operational projects, in collaboration with a wide range of partners across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, gTech and others.
  • Create a Program Management Office (PMO) plans and governance.
  • Work with Sales teams to proactively identify and resolve issues, develop strategic initiatives and track the impact of the team’s work where appropriate.
  • Build and manage relationships with key internal executive stakeholders.
  • Lead presentations and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to regional leadership and beyond, and gain buy-in on recommended next steps.
  • Conduct in-depth search analysis into specific strategic topics; leverage best-practices and global programs to define prioritized sales plans and scalable business practices.
