Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience in a sales-focused business development or account management role, specifically within the influencer marketing and social advertising sectors.
- Experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing brand deals and advertising contracts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of the social landscape, social partners and their products, apply AI-driven tools and products to support sales, measurement and processes while connecting with internal stakeholders to support with feedback.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions like AI ad creator led products into compelling commercial narratives for agency stakeholders.

In this role, you will sell YouTube solutions to influencer media agencies and network agencies, owning executive-level relationships and supporting the development of YouTube based propositions. You will drive the sale and activation of YouTube Brand Deals, leveraging commercial acumen while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally. You will drive growth by building relationships and demonstrating a proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities within the digital advertising space. You will focus on supercharging YouTube's creator ecosystem by accelerating sales and adoption of Google's advertising solutions such as YouTube Shorts, through close partnerships with agencies to deliver successful brand-creator campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with agencies and Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) to drive adoption and usage of Google advertising products within influencer and social marketing campaigns and deliver sales goals.
- Collaborate with agency partners to build capabilities, integrations and solutions that advance brand agreements and Google's advertising products.
- Partner across multiple Google teams, including client teams and the YouTube team to ensure end-to-end seamless delivery of social pitches and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencer and social agency stakeholders, as well as internal Google teams.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand YouTube's influencer and creator ecosystem, while staying up-to-date on industry trends within the influencer and social media landscape.
