Minimum qualifications:

We are hiring a program manager to develop training content for faculty in this transformation moment.
As a Content Program Manager, you will lead the development of training content for our higher education audiences. You will focus on empowering faculty, staff, and students with the knowledge and skills to utilize emerging technologies, with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google\’s various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user\’s interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new content and training programs supporting higher education audience (e.g., faculty, staff, and students).
- Design and execute research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, literature reviews) to understand the training needs and preferences of faculty, staff, and students regarding tech tools and AI.
- Collaborate with subject-matter-experts, instructional designers, and content creators to ensure the design, development, and release of training materials.
- Evaluate and recommend platforms and technologies for content delivery, considering accessibility, user experience, for higher education institutions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs and establish methods for tracking learner engagement.
