Responsibilities
- Use your AI and research expertise to provide clinical leadership to teams across Google, contributing both to overarching direction as well as to individual product and research roadmaps.
- Use clinical and domain expertise to provide clinical leadership, guidance, insights and direction on Google’s health-focused AI research projects, working in an embedded model with research, engineering, UX/UXR, product and partnerships teams.
- Identify relevant clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and use cases related to the development and evaluation of AI models and use these to influence research and product development.
- Respond to the needs of the business and projects prioritizing effort effectively; work in a portfolio environment to bring your expertise to a range of endeavors.
Minimum qualifications
- 1 year of experience with Generative AI.
- Experience in an applied research setting.
- Experience with Healthcare AI.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
Preferred qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and strategy development.
