The EMEA Category Business Management team is part of the Platforms and Devices organization at Google. Our mission is to enable our customers' success by driving growth opportunities and maximizing the adoption of Google's Pixel products. As a Category Business Manager, you will contribute to the go-to-market investment strategy for Pixel hardware across the entire EMEA region, working closely with our Finance team and broader cross-functional teams. You'll leverage strategic thinking to identify and cultivate new growth opportunities. You will build and leverage deep analytical insights to empower our partners and ensure customer success. You'll navigate complex market dynamics, deliver significant business impact, and embrace a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market investment strategy for Pixel hardware across the EMEA region, identifying and building new growth opportunities, and driving upgrader/switcher demand, and growth goals.
- Scope and conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends and opportunities in terms of GTM investment.
- Manage overall investment process including quarterly forums reviews with countries and global.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including finance, sales, regional demand planning, sales operations, marketing and CSA teams at local, regional, and global levels to deliver budget spend improvements and Pixel business growth.
