Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Experience with data analysis using data sets through full-time roles, internships, or relevant coursework.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Our GCAS Analytical Leads work with global companies consulting on measurement solutions and business opportunities. As an Analytical Lead, you will help our customers advance measurement maturity and media effectiveness through outstanding business analysis, insights, and recommendations. You will use data and analytics to transform the businesses of some of the largest companies in the world. You will leverage compelling insights and use your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action. You will be a creative problem solver, taking ownership of solving cutting-edge challenges such as measurement attribution across platforms and identifying quantifiable strategies to drive sales using digital media. Once you have solved these challenges, you are passionate about seeing your solutions come to life and act as a change agent within our organization, using clear data points to articulate your recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Advance measurement maturity with Google’s global customers.
- Advise on measurement best practices to improve media effectiveness, including Attribution, Media Mix Modelling, Incrementality testing, and Measurement Frameworks.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust by telling stories with data.
- Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and measure success.
