Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience with digital marketing along with an understanding of Google's products and the technology industry.
- Experience in managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, including setting targets, managing budgets, and reporting performance.
- Experience with planning, proposing market prioritization, and investment allocation.
- Familiarity with owned and external digital media channels as well as with first‑party data and privacy requirements.
- Ability to drive complex programs managing a set of global, regional and local stakeholders.
- Ability to influence global product and marketing programs and support local market partners effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy for growing Google AI Pro/Plus paid users in EMEA, identify and prioritise growth opportunities, propose market prioritisation and investment allocation.
- Support local partnership co‑marketing activities by providing templates and tool kits, supporting local teams in the delivery of integrated marketing plans.
- Act as a partner for Global Marketing teams representing the EMEA teams, helping to shape global marketing programs and surfacing EMEA growth opportunities.
- Adapt and adopt globally led programs for EMEA markets such as Direct Response (DR) initiatives and global partner toolkits.
- Invent and lead end‑to‑end regional marketing scaled programs, including mid‑funnel brand/engagement building activities.
- Create a platform of testing and learning to continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Adopt AI Workflows and AI tools unlocking higher levels of marketing impact and efficiency.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Spain: €90,000 - €92,500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
