Minimum qualifications:

About The Job

The Creative Lab is a small team of designers, writers, programmers, filmmakers, producers and business thinkers whose mission is to remind the world what it is they love about Google. Our job is to make Google’s magic more magical, help advance and invent Google’s future, and to communicate Google’s innovations, intentions and ideals in ways that makes us all immensely proud. We are seeking a multidisciplinary creative who is an AI enthusiast with a creative spark and a desire to shape the future of creative endeavors. In this role, you will think in words, pictures, motion, and sound, comfortable designing a perfectly executed poster as well as concepting how a new piece of technology might live in the world. Your innovative ideas and expertise will be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in the world of creativity, user experience, and communications. Know the user. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. Responsibilities

  • Spot design puzzles and challenges, both big and small, and figure out smart, creative ways to make things better.
  • Address problems by leveraging creative solutions, new tools, and deliver original content or digital experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including marketing managers, writers, filmmakers, programmers, and producers to deliver integrated creative solutions in a resourceful environment.
  • Communicate effectively on project status, ideas, questions, and progress to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Identify and explore complex user issues and propose creative solutions.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the impact of your creativity on product value, user needs, business goals, and brand value.
  • Partner closely with production and marketing counterparts to deliver concepts and drive them through to execution.
