Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Manage high-volume calendars for leadership, prioritising time based on shifting business and customer needs, and maximising productivity.
  • Plan extensive domestic and international travel itineraries in line with preferences, ensuring seamless transitions between multiple offices and locations.
  • Plan, manage and execute business critical meetings (digital and in person), including executive staff meetings, town halls, leadership forums, etc.; leading content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact and liaison between job functions and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across the organisation.
