  • Experience identifying opportunities or dealing with potential or existing customers/partners.

  • Understanding of stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
  • Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-touch coordination of existing reporting solutions and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of personnel records to protect system integrity and ensure real-time data accuracy.
  • Audit and neutralise operational risks, such as access vulnerabilities and payroll gaps, while leading the execution of bespoke frameworks to support advanced reporting lines.
  • Translate unique business complexities into actionable technical requirements for long-term infrastructure projects, ensuring future systems are built for global scale.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to design and roll out automated solutions that migrate the organisation from manual mitigations to permanent technical systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on people systems and data strategy, providing strategic foresight to stakeholders as business priorities and reporting needs evolve.
  • Lead high-impact stakeholder communications and manage the transition process from bespoke organisational mitigations to scalable, automated environments.
