About the job

As a People and Culture Partner for our research teams, you will partner directly with senior leaders to design and implement pragmatic, effective people strategies that drive organisational performance, innovation, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will require a unique balance of strategic foresight and execution as you will be the single point of contact for your Leads, must possess strong stakeholder management skills, a high degree of adaptability, and the capability to operate independently while simultaneously holding a deep understanding of the unit to shape the broader talent and organisational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
  • Manage communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
  • Translate company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
  • Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution, use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
  • Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
