- Drive realâtime strategy by leveraging intelligence tools to detect emerging trends, serving as the bridge between technical data and business goals.
About You
- You possess a blend of technical capability (Apps Script, API integration) and a deep understanding of media monitoring and landscape analysis.
- You understand that AI is only as good as the data it accesses. You are meticulous about data hygiene, taxonomy, and "grounding" strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in Prompt Engineering and optimizing System Instructions for LLMs (e.g. Gemini) to ensure highâquality, tonally accurate outputs.
- You thrive on building practical solutions that solve immediate business problems, rather than overâengineered custom apps.
- Experience using AI tools to support work efficiencies and optimisation.
- Strategic, analytical, and have strong communication skills, as well as being able to relay technical information/data/results.
- Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, Brandwatch (social listening), Google Search Console, YouTube Analytics, Looker Studio for reporting/dashboards.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills are crucial.
- Able to combine and interpret high volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Able to synthesise information from a variety of sources, add insightful commentary and translate data/trends into practical recommendations and stories to improve performance.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills are crucial; prior experience in marketing is useful.
- Excellent spoken, written and visual communications skills, including the ability to visualise data in simple, concise, clear and impactful ways.
- Strong project management skills and experience in creating insight dashboards (or potential to learn quickly).
- Commitment to learning about new insight tools.
- Confidence to work and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Handsâon social listening experience, audience analysis or data/statistical analysis, preferably with exposure to audience insights and social media research.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
