We're looking for two experienced Administrative Business Partners to join our 12-month flex program, focused on the crucial onboarding of new Google DeepMind executives. In this 'touch and go' role, you'll provide expert administrative support during their initial 3+ months, directly contributing to their successful integration. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, flexible environment and excels at supporting senior leaders across various teams and areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of E/ABP tasks on a rotating basis, including managing complex calendars, booking travel, creating expense reports, organizing events, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
  • Seamlessly onboard/ramp‑up and offboard new executives, adjusting and pivoting as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide meeting support by circulating agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring action items are followed up on.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including hotel reservations, flight check‑in, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle financial administration such as compiling expense claims, approving purchase orders, and managing reimbursements.
  • Act as a point of contact, managing incoming requests and heavy email correspondence.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into operations, suggesting ideas for continuous improvement and helping to define new operational strategies.
  • Collate and track actions and deliverables.
  • Establish exemplary trust with executive leaders and partners, making decisions on their behalf using excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Develop strong working relationships with each leader by thinking ahead, handling priorities, anticipating needs and future challenges, and proposing solutions to enable effective decision‑making.
  • Understand key stakeholders and build/maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
