Gooey Digital is looking for a sharp, creative, and data driven PPC Account Executive to support our impactful social media and search-led campaigns and help our clients grow their online visibility. The role offers a flexible/hybrid working environment, with 2 days per week in our Canterbury, Kent office. After one year, you’ll also have the opportunity to transition to a four-day working week.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
- Regularly monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed
- Write compelling ad copy, select appropriate creatives, and run A/B tests for continuous improvement
- Ensure tracking is properly set up using Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms
- Reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for further optimisation
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience working in a digital marketing or PPC focused role
- Solid understanding of PPC best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
- Comfortable managing client expectations and project timelines
- Organised, proactive, and curious about new digital marketing trends
