Why This Role Matters: In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain organization in the UK market with a focus on creating real value for our customers by managing the full end-to-end Order to Cash processes. Your leadership will be key in balancing demand capture, profit optimization, and working capital management through New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities, all while supporting your team’s growth and well-being. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the Supply Chain organization in the UK market, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes, focusing on delivering value and excellent customer experiences.
- Champion the ‘Single Point of Contact’ principle, building trustful and transparent relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, technical warranty, and e-business managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Align forecasts and demand by facilitating open communication and campaign management.
- Identify and seize New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities with major wholesale customers, encouraging innovation and growth.
- Cultivate team development, supporting skills growth, succession planning, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- A university degree or postgraduate qualification in Commercial or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain and customer service roles, preferably in diverse, multinational environments.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic leadership skills, with a genuine passion for empowering and guiding diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of supply chain execution, customer service systems, and industry standards.
- Analytical thinking combined with practical knowledge of financial instruments and commercial performance indicators.
- Ability to thrive in and lead multicultural, international teams with kindness, clarity, and inclusivity.
