We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Key Account Manager to drive sales and growth across our truck and light commercial vehicle (LCV) fleet portfolio. You will develop new business and strengthen existing partnerships with medium and large direct fleets, delivering Goodyear's Total Mobility solutions - from premium tyres and retreads to data-driven fleet management services.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive fleet sales growth: Identify, target, and acquire new medium and large fleet customers across your region. Use market intelligence, networking, and lead follow-up to build a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Develop strong customer partnerships: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and aligning Goodyear's Total Mobility offer to meet their business goals.
- Deliver tailored solutions: Create and present bespoke proposals and pricing models (PAYG, PPK, Direct, TaaS) that deliver measurable value to the customer and drive profitable growth.
- Manage and expand existing accounts: Strengthen partnerships with current customers by identifying new opportunities, negotiating renewals, and optimising contract performance.
- Ensure service excellence: Collaborate with internal Network & Service teams to deliver on SLAs, monitor performance, and resolve any issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse performance: Track sales results, customer activity, and market developments using CRM and data insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
- Represent the brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase Goodyear's Total Mobility solutions and strengthen our presence in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Stay ahead of the market: Keep up to date with transport trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a technical partner: Be the first point of contact for technical queries. Deliver or coordinate customer training on Goodyear tyres, retreads, and mobility solutions to support product understanding and engagement.
About You:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (ideally in automotive, transport, or tyre sectors).
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning and retaining key accounts.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with consultative sales skills.
- Analytical mindset, confident using CRM and data insights to drive performance.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A field-based role – autonomous day to day working.
