As a Fleet Front Office Agent, you\’ll be responsible for managing and resolving open job tickets related to commercial vehicle servicing. You’ll liaise directly with Service Providers (SPs), Key Account Managers (KAMs), and internal teams to ensure quick resolution and accurate updates.
About The Role:
- Proactively follow up on 90+, 60+, and 30+ day open jobs to ensure timely closure.
- Communicate with SPs and KAMs regarding outstanding authorisations or service issues.
- Monitor and cleanse key systems including GYTM, Pricing Log, and Y report.
- Track and resolve aging jobs, including those in systems like JIRA and Fleet Customer Systems.
- Escalate delays and ensure visibility across the business.
- Attend regular team meetings and report on progress or roadblocks.
- Daily inbox and ticket management.
- Weekly and monthly reporting (Y report, ZMFM, XPO cleanse).
- Query tracking and resolution.
- Support on special fleet accounts such as Ford & Slater and TIP.
- Maintaining a clear and accurate live file of job status updates.

- Experience in a customer service, fleet operations, or coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data tracking tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
- Experience in the automotive or fleet service industry.
- Knowledge of Goodyear systems (e.g. GYTM, JIRA).
