Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years as an Executive Chef in high-end dining or resort environments
5+ years in senior F&B management at the Director or VP level
Proven leadership in Forbes-rated outlets and luxury dining settings. Experience overseeing a minimum of 6 outlets with at least 4 being full service.
Independent resort or boutique hospitality experience strongly preferred
Culinary or hospitality degree preferred
Must be willing to relocate to a remote area
