b Overview /b p In this role, you shape the firm’s AI-enabled legal services and processes, combining law, tech, and product design to improve how work is performed. You will partner with Knowledge Innovation and AI teams to design, build, and deploy practical, compliant workflows within firm-approved platforms. Your work spans research, prototyping, testing, and governance to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions that enhance legal service delivery. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support the Director of AI Products Platforms in pursuing the firm’s strategy for legal innovation and AI adoption /li li Translate legal and business needs into functional workflows within AI and legal tech platforms /li li Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions with attorneys and paralegals to validate direction /li li Design, build, and iterate digital solutions, including GenAI workflows and API integrations across firm systems /li li Lead pilots and rollouts as first-line technical lead, ensuring solutions are practice-ready and scalable /li li Document builds, prompts, and configurations; conduct prompt evaluations and benchmarking for responsible AI use and data governance /li li Develop training materials and user-facing resources for digital solutions /li li Monitor performance, analytics, and user adoption to drive improvement /li li Maintain expertise in core practice applications and generative AI tech used by the firm /li li Stay current on generative AI and legal tech trends to keep the firm at the forefront of responsible tech use /li li Work with AI Innovation group, Knowledge Innovation lawyers, and IT to deliver integrated solutions /li li Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed /li li Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code and agent-development platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) /li li Demonstrated experience with generative AI systems, including prompt engineering and evaluation, with attention to ethics and confidentiality /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Legal qualification with admission as a Solicitor (England) or equivalent /li li Minimum 4 years’ experience practicing corporate transactional law in a large firm or in-house setting /li li Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred /li li 2+ years’ experience in legal tech, product implementation, or AI-enabled workflows preferred /li li Ability to translate legal reasoning into tech-driven processes /li li Strong understanding of large law firm workflows and professional obligations /li li Proactive, self-starting, and capable of independent judgment /li li Excellent written and verbal communication with lawyers and technologists /li li Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and cross-team collaboration /li li Project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives /li li Ability to learn new applications quickly and maintain high quality work without supervision /li li Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code and agent development platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) /li li Experience with generative AI systems, prompt/context engineering, and evaluation, including data governance considerations /li li Knowledge of document assembly tools and AI-assisted drafting tools /li li Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Teams, Box, iManage, Tableau or Power BI, and Microsoft Office /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li collaboration across functions /li li ownership and initiative /li li low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps) /li li agent development frameworks /li li generative AI systems (prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation) /li /ul
