We are seeking a junior associate to join our Intellectual Property Transactions and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity team in London. Successful candidates will be either a September 2026 newly qualified associate or up to one post‑qualification year (PQE) associate.
Key Qualifications
- A strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and commercial contracts
- Excellent technical ability and a genuine enthusiasm for technology transactions
- Experience of, or exposure to, technology transactions and IP licensing
- A solid grasp of supply, services and software agreements
- Experience of commercial and IP due diligence; exposure to data protection and privacy matters would be advantageous
- Excellent drafting, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology‑driven businesses and emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative and international environment
- Curiosity and proactivity to develop across a wide variety of commercial technology matters
- An industry‑immersed mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
