Goodwin Healthcare is recruiting Care Workers across our North Lincolnshire home-care branch.

You will follow each person's care plan and provide reliable, respectful support during planned care calls.

What you will do

  • Support with personal care while protecting privacy, choice and dignity.
  • Prompt, assist or administer medication once trained and assessed as competent.
  • Support meals, hydration, mobility and everyday routines.
  • Notice and report changes, concerns, medication issues or safeguarding risks promptly.
  • Use our care app to start and finish calls, complete tasks and write clear, factual care notes.
  • Build trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • You are dependable, calm and genuinely respectful of other people.
  • You can work independently and communicate well with people, families and colleagues.
  • You understand that care calls are time-specific and that people rely on you.
  • You are willing to complete training, observations and competency assessments.
  • You will ideally have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, although this is not essential.
