- Completing tasks contributing to Goodwin's maintenance service to a good standard for all sites. Ensuring that electronic information is recorded, accurate and updated as necessary.
- Ensuring that all maintenance and landscaping equipment/supplies are safe to use and are used appropriately. Maintaining accurate service/inspection records.
- Completing building open-up and lock down for all sites when required.
- Requesting/ordering appropriate materials for specific tasks.
- Ensuring all Goodwin's buildings remain compliant.
- Ensuring vehicles remain compliant and keeping accurate records.
- Championing health and safety and ensuring regulations and procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Conduct PAT Testing.
