The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.
Our client is a leading national Top 50 law firm and they are now looking to expand their L500 rated Projects department in Bristol with an NQ solicitor or associate solicitor.
In this role you will be advising both public and private sector parties on all forms of commercial contracting. A broad range of projects work with a focus on negotiating, drafting, coordinating and advising on all aspects of PPP projects, joint ventures (property & commercial), collaborative arrangements and related financing, construction contracts, facilities management and services contracts, and public procurement.
Enviable client base acting for major public sector and quasi-public sector bodies including: police authorities, universities, further education colleges, schools (including academies), NHS trusts, local authorities, central government departments, private sector PPP operators, contractors, FM providers, investors and funders.
Ideally you will have undertaken a six month seat in a Projects or Commercial department of your training firm. On offer is a top market rate salary (£75,000), benefits package and remote working.
