Non-contentious Construction role - Associate / Senior Associate / Legal Director Bristol
This is a wonderful opportunity at a mid to senior level to join this very well-regarded Construction Law team, here in this national firm's high profile and fast-growing Bristol office.
The work is phenomenal, acting for a wide range of clients on a varied portfolio of projects, including across sectors such as retail, energy, transport and finance. There is also an emphasis on everyone getting involved in business development and you will be encouraged to spend time in the business community developing strong client relationships that will stand the test of time.
You will be working as part of a one-team national Construction Law team, but based here in Bristol and working flexibly - most members of the team choose to work on a hybrid basis between the office and days working from home, and this works well.
A clear USP for this firm is their approach to maintaining a healthy working environment and culture, and this is certainly the case here in their Bristol office. Of course they are looking for hard-working team members, who will go out of their way to work collaboratively and deliver for the firm's clients, but the firm equally values and promotes the importance of a healthy work/life balance. There are always deadlines that have to be met but this is a firm that doesn’t accept that a long hours culture is sustainable for its lawyers or will ultimately deliver a great client service.
You may be currently at Associate or Senior Associate level, looking for your next significant step forward. This is a vacancy that can be flexible on its entry point, and the firm is very keen to speak with any interested candidates who have this specialist non-contentious Construction Law experience.
