Debt Recovery work, including contested Debt Recovery Litigation - specialist law firm practice, based in South Wales. We are delighted to be working on this recruitment for this highly successful, specialist law firm, as this is an incredibly exciting long-term opportunity for an ambitious lawyer based locally who already has some strong existing experience of specialist Debt Recovery work.
You will join the firm as a Managing Solicitor, and will have the opportunity to lead a team of lawyers including Paralegals which is already 30+ strong, and growing. The workflow is reliable and guaranteed, including from the wider Group, and offers significant variety from relatively straightforward matters to high level litigation.
