You will have the opportunity to significantly develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile transactions.
This firm's Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City, and as you might expect the client range is seriously impressive. The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals here in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
There is genuine, really enjoyable variety day to day so you won't find you're just working on the same sort of deal one after another! Perhaps most importantly, this is a chance to progress your career working in a team that rightly has an excellent reputation for the way they develop their Associates and Senior Associates, and promote and progress from within including becoming the future Partners for the department.
It’s an incredible platform for career growth, with plenty of support, training and supervision on offer. This is a vacancy that will suit someone with at least a minimum of 3 to 4+ years relevant Corporate M&A experience.
