We are really excited to be working on this new recruitment for a leading UK law firm for their sizeable and very successful Employment Law team, based in their amazing new Bristol offices which offer a very impressive working environment!
The needs in the team at the moment are ideally around the 2-6 years PQE mark, so at both Solicitor and Associate level, but they are fairly open-minded and can certainly look at Senior Associate level candidates as well, perhaps if you’re already Bristol based and feel you need a new challenge at this point in your career.
The work offers genuine variety, both contentious and non-contentious and both public sector and private sector (including for blue-chip household name commercial clients). You will work closely under a very experienced and high energy, ambitious Partner, so the opportunities for career progression within the wider department are excellent.
Hybrid-working is available as standard (3 days a week from home if desired), and there is both a competitive base salary (minimum c.£75,000+) as well as a market-leading and very attractive bonus structure on offer.
