Our client, a major national practice and Top 50 law firm has just confirmed this new construction vacancy within their very strong (Tier 1 rated) and expanding construction team to focus on non-contentious construction work.
WORK: You'll be involved with a wide range of construction work including nationally important infrastructure projects, such as energy generation, regeneration and iconic development projects, mixed use and residential development, commercial and logistic projects and major retail developments.
BACKGROUND: Ideally you will be a 3 year PQE+ and have a proven track record in dealing with non-contentious construction work. Familiarity with the different procurement options for construction and engineering projects, and the full range of construction documentation (including experience of working with the industry standard forms of contract such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC, but not necessarily all of them).
It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and have open head room to progress. On offer is a top market rate salary (To:100k+), remote working and a good benefits package.
