A one-off, significant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join a highly successful and growing national practice with exciting growth plans for their Cardiff office over the next 12-24 months.

You will already have at least 5-6 years of strong PQE, excellent business development skills, and be at a stage in your career where you are looking for what comes next and a chance to step forward personally within the competitive South Wales market.

The firm has a young and ambitious partnership group in place, with plenty of backing internally and a strong 'can do' attitude. This is an opportunity to take a lead role on the Commercial Property side over the next few years. The existing platform is there, but so is the space that you can make your own, allowing you to contribute significantly to the firm's long-term plans while building and raising your own profile in the market.
