Responsibilities
- Develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, complex transactions.
- The firm’s Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside the City market with an impressive client base.
- Work across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets.
- Serve a diverse client base including multinational corporates, financial institutions, early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, high net worth individuals and investors.
- Be part of a team with an excellent reputation for developing Associates and Senior Associates, with progress and training opportunities from within.
